now i know..podcast is a series of digital media file the files you download to be used for your listening lesson...it can be downloaded from esl websites, and many other websites......you can listen to it on your mp3 player, your mobile phone, and etc..that means you can practice English anywhere.. but don't forget to download it 1st..
